The Remodeling of the Procedural Concept in Modern Administrative

Abstract
Administrative procedures are the important basis of modern administrative law.Considering the reason of applying procedural concept in modern administrative,this paper clarifies a variety of the administrative procedure.In order to remodel system,the author points out the ideas: establishing a correct concept of administrative procedure law and improving the legal consequences of violation of administrative procedures.
