The Supply Means of Public Goods in Rural Areas in the New Rural Construction

Constructing a new socialist countryside is a major historic task in Chinese modernization.In order to promote the new rural construction,rural areas should focus on solving the problem of public goods supply.However,there is insufficient total,structural imbalance and low efficiency in the supply of public goods,which are the main factors constraining the rapid economic growth in the majority of rural areas in China.Therefore,we should establish integrated urban-rural supply system of public goods,assign reasonably the property and power at all levels of government,reform the mechanism of needs expression and scientific decision-making of rural public goods,and strengthen management and supervision on the supply funds of public goods,thus accelerating the construction of new socialist countryside.
