Abstract
When Confucius toured states and Confucianism began to develop,Confucianism was not yet adopted by ruling classes.After Qing united the states into one nation,Confucianism encounter the worst time.The advocates of Confucianism and the ruling class recognized mutual importance to each other.Shu Suntong,Lu Jia,Jia Yi and others managed to talk Confucianism to the ruling class and persuade them.The ruling class came to accept and use Confucian theories as strategies of governing.Confucianism was integrated into the regime and gradually became the philosophy of ruling.
