Abstract
Heterosis is a common phenomenan in biological worlds.The genetic basis has been strdied for about a century,but not solved.With the advent of molecular markers and their applications in the heterosis.The studies on heterosis have gotten new vigor. In this paper, the hypotheses and molecular mechanisms about heterosis were presented.
