Abstract

High performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the amount of carbendazim and tricyclazole in a 40% carbendazim plus sulfur plus tricyclazole suspension concentrate. A Sperisorb ODS II column was used with 70% methanol as the mobile phase, UV detection at 245 nm, and an external standard. Recovery ranged from 98 to 102%.
