On the safeguard measures under the WTO framework

Under the WTO multilateral trade system,Safeguard measures are reputed as“safety valve”.The WTO Members can make use of the Safeguard measures to interfere with legitimate trade through unilateral restrictions on imports,and therefore many WTO Members now prefer to impose the safeguard measures on the surgent imports of other Members.Under such pressing situations,what deserves our great concerns is to analyze the status quo of China's suffering from the safeguard measures by other Members and seek the effective ways to tackle the safeguard measures from other WTO members.
