Abstract
Objective Analysis to study the clinical characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of hypertension with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Selection in June 2012- June 2013 treated in our hospital during the period of the clinical data of 88 patients with hypertension with cerebral hemorrhage were analyzed, and concluded the onset of hypertension with cerebral hemorrhage patient factors, disease characteristics and the experience of diagnosis and treatment, etc. Results 88 cases, 7 cases(7.95%) were cured, 66 cases(75.0%) improved after treatment, 15 cases(17.04%) died; 73 cases of 48 cases of patients with hemiplegia, 14 cases of aphasia. Hypertension with cerebral hemorrhage with high morbidity and mortality characteristics of the poor control of blood pressure is the main factor that cause disease. Conclusion To strengthen the health education of patients with high blood pressure, regulate blood pressure drug treatment is an important measure to reduce the incidence of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage.
