Abstract

The scientific development concept,brought forward in order to adapt to the new development requirement,is theoretically based on the Marxist philosophy.It exercises the materialist dialectics and the historical materialism,learns lessons from our country's development,and borrows gains,losses and valuable opinions from foreign countries.This theory is an inheritance and development of the three generations of leadership's important thoughts on development and an important integral part of the system of the socialism with Chinese characteristics theory.
