Clinical study on small dose of fentanyl combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia for painless gastroscopy

Abstract

Objective To observe clinical effect of small dose of fentanyl combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia for painless gastroscopy. Methods 120 cases patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases of each. The control group received intravenous propofol anesthesia,the treatment group was given small doses of fentanyl and propofol anesthesia. Observed mean arterial blood pressure( MBP) ,heart rate( HR) and oxygen saturation( SpO2 ) of two groups in the examination process,recorded consciousness recovery time and adverse reactions,compared anesthesia effect of the two groups. Results Anesthetic priority level rate of the observation group( 80. 0% ) was higher than that of control group ( 41. 7%) ,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Consciousness recovery time of observation group was shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Compared with the pre-inspection,HR decreased at examination time both for the two group,and MBP decreased after inspection( P 0. 05). There were no significant difference of vital signs between the two groups( P 0. 05). Conclusion Small dose of fentanyl combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia for painless gastroscopy is sedative effect,sober fast,rapid recovery and fewer adverse reactions.
