Abstract
Quality education in higher vocational school is a vocational-skill education under the guidance of new educational concept and thought, in which the students can learn how to compete, create, survive, become a good man, cope with a thing, study, live and keep fit. It can direct the students to develop all their potentials, practice and create in order to enhance their total quality and competitive ability.
