Electromagnetic Properties of NiCuZn/PZT Composite Materials With P_2O_5-Co_2O_3-Bi_2O_3 Co-additive

Abstract

Firstly,Pb0.95Sr0.05(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3 (abbreviated as PZT)nanopowder was synthesized by sol-gel method.Then NiCuZn/PZT ferrite/ceramic composites were prepared by solid state reaction method.Effects of P2O5-Co2O3-Bi2O3 co-additive on the properties of NiCuZn/PZT composites were investigated.For constant Bi2O3 adding amount of 2.5% and the P2O5 adding amount of 0.5% (mass fraction),the proper additions of Co2O3,not only increases the quality factor,the initial permeability,and the permittivity,but also decreases the dielectric loss.For the Co2O3 adding amount of 0.3%,the material with better electromagnetic properties was prepared,which could satisfy the requirements of multilayer chip capacitors and inductors.It promises to be a candidate for inductive-capacitive material for new multilayer chip filter.
