With the rapid development of modern food industry,food additives have become an important part of modern food industry.Food additives are directly related to food quality and safety,in relation to national political stability and social development,so that the safety production of food additives has been paid more attention.Through the research of the present production situations of food additives enterprises in Beijing city,analyze the existing problems,and put forward some corresponding countermeasures,to provide useful references for food additives production enterprises.
