Abstract

The research progress of the vortex tube is elaborated in five aspects including: the research of the influence of structural parameters on the vortex tube performance;the research of the influence of thermophysical parameters on the vortex tube performance;the research of the new-style vortex tube,two-stage and muilt-stage vortex tube and gas-liquid two-phase vortex tube;the research of the inner flow characteristics and numerical simulation of the vortex tube;the research of the applications of the vortex tube.
