Abstract

This paper analyzes the technology of the walking beam reheating furnace,which has covered the control elements and characteristics of the main facilities such as steel loading machine,walking beam,downloading machine.The entire design of PLC program is finished with S7-400 program software.According to the technology and distribution characteristics of the heating furnace,it configurats parts of monitered frames of the heating furnace in the WinCC circumstance.
