Abstract
Enterprises should adjust its organizational structure constantly along with the changing market and technological environment once it implements the technological innovation strategies.Finding a suitable organization form of technological innovation to promote enterprises' technical innovation effectively becomes an important issue.The article points out that the tradition configuration of organization cannot meet the needs of enterprise technological innovation under the new characteristics of technological innovation process.Then,the article has analyzed seven major organization forms and their suitable conditions after recounting the problems that should be considered when the enterprise chooses its technological organization forms.
