Abstract
The process of electroless Ni-P-SiC-MoS2 composite plating was studied and the bath composition and test scheme were presented. The effects of temperature and concentration of surfactant on the electroless plating rate, adhesion and micro-hardness of the composite coating were discussed. The test results show that a fastest plating rate and good adhesion can be obtained at a temperature of 90 °C and a surfactant concentration of 60 mg/L, and the micro-hardness of the composite coating reaches 684 HV.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
