Discussion on Popularizing Agricultural Machinery under the Policy of Purchasing Subsidy

It is an important job for agricultural machinery promotion departments to implement the policy of offering subsidy to the purchase of agricultural machinery. This article discussed this practice in Panshan, analyzed the effect of this policy and put forward effective measures under this setting, namely, the promotion of agricultural machinery should be combined with the subsidy contents, the real need in the locality and the subsidy policy.
