Research and Analysis on Construction of Teaching Team in Vocational Colleges

There are a wide range of problems in construction of teaching team in vocational colleges,which include irrational teaching team structure,lack of teamwork awareness,low-level team leaders,disunified responsibilities and rights on the part of team leaders,lack of team assessment and management system,ill-defined objectives of team construction,etc.Accordingly,close attentions must be paid to the reasonable teaching team construction,selection and training of team leaders,improvement of team leader incentive mechanism.Meanwhile,efforts should be made to promote management through projects,scientifically standardize management of teaching team so as to develop a teaching team consistent with requirements of talent cultivation in higher vocational education.
