On Feng Jing's Experience from Business Man to Official——A Case Study of Mobile Life in the Northern Song Dynasty

Fen Jing was on the high position in the imperial court in the Mid-Northern Song Dynasty,and his ancestors were neither high officials nor rich men,but his family circumstance was not very poor.Whether Feng Jing was born in a family of business man cannot be verified now,but he and his family was the case of promotion of mobile life.His moblie life was due to his success in the imperial examination,his marriage,and his official work.The prosperity of his family lasted about 70 to 80 years,which showed that a family cannot be prosperous for hundred years.
