Abstract

Objective:To explore the effect of ErchenTang of morphine induced conditioned place preference(CPP)in mice.Method:The mice were injected morphine continually(9 mg/kg,sc,7d)to induce distinctive CPP.The mice were randomly divided into 5 group of the normal control group, morphine group, low dose of ErchenTang, medium dose of ErchenTang, high dose of ErchenTang, normal control group was injected with equal volume of saline, morphine group was injected with morphine,ErchenTang group was injected with morphine and given in three different doses orally. And at the same time, the reward effect and aversion effect of the mice were observed.Result:The mice of morphine-model group obviously prolonged stay time in the mix kits,ErchenTang can inhibit the formation of morphine-induced CPP in mice. Conclusion:ErchenTang can inhibit the formation of morphine-induced CPP in mice at a certain extent.
