Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine Differentiation on Sepsis

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditonal Chinese medicine(TCM) differentiation on sepsis and to regulate the TCM therapy on sepsis standard system.Methods:106 cases were divided randomly into the integrated TCM and western medicine group and the routine western medicine group.After being used corresponding therapies for 7 days,the main TCM symptoms and the TCM effect were evaluated in 2 groups.Results:The total effective rate in the integrated TCM and western medicine group were superior to that in the control group.Meanwhile,improvements such as symptom score and the APACHEⅡ score in the TCM and western medicine group were better than those in the contrd group.Conclusion:It is a good effect in the TCM differentiation on sepsis.
