Complications and Treatment on Double J Tube Applying to Urologic Surgery

： Objective:To study the complications and treatment of indwelling double J internal drainage tube in the operation of urinary tract.Methods:The double J tubes were used as internal drainage for l week to 6 months during operation or endoscopy in patients with nephrolithiasis,ureteral calculi,uretereropelvic stenosis.Results:A few mild complications occurred after operation,no wound infection or leakage of urine.Conclusions:The double J tudes have good results of internal drainage,could be indwelled easily and safely.
