The Ecological Conservation of Grassland in Property Law

As a matter which human can dominate,grassland has been cleared property rights in China's Property Law.But in the system of grassland property rights,there are still some flaws in the grassland tenure system and grassland use rights system.These deficiencies constitute negative factors in ecological and environmental protection of grassland.In order to improve grassland property rights system,the legal system should be constructed from three aspects including the ownership of the grassland,the right to use of the grassland and the right to contracting the grassland.Thus,the purpose of maintaining the ecological balance of grassland and protection of grassland ecological environment can be achieved.
