Abstract
Based on discussing the teaching goals of the accounting education and the existing problems in the present education, this essay mainly focuses on the reform of the accounting education in the higher vocational college, covering the courses system, teaching methods, accounting practices, and the teacher’s qualities. The accounting education of the higher vocational college should have a distinct teaching goal, take the training of the students’practical ability as the center, the employment as the direction, and goes around the economical development to cultivate the accounting talented with the practical ability, as well as that of the management.
