Abstract
Based on water quality monitoring data from Dianshan Lake and its inflowing rivers from 2000 to 2009,the change trends of the water quality of Dianshan Lake and the rivers around the lake were analyzed.The characteristics of pollution in Dianshan Lake were investigated from the aspects of the urban sewage discharge,industrial pollution,and agricultural non-point source pollution.The status of water resources protection in Dianshan Lake was analyzed.Taking into consideration the requirements for development,utilization,and protection of the lake in both the upper and the lower reaches,this study proposed integrated control countermeasures,including pollution source control,water diversion and drainage through water conservancy projects,the establishment of a pollution control system,combining control of the total amount of the pollutant discharge with sectional pollution concentration control,and the establishment of a negotiation system around the lake.
