Abstract
In view of the present situation of the physical education in our country,this paper mainly discusses the position of the cultivation of inner personal qualities,the present conditions and the existing problems in the physical education of colleges and expounds in theory the thinking the reforms and developments in physical education of colleges by using some excellent teaching methods.Only in this way can we improve the quality of the college students.
