Abstract

Objective To establish and identify IL-12 stably transfected cell line EMT6/IL-12.Methods Recombinant eukaryotic plasmid encoding IL-12 gene (pcDNA6-p70) was transfected into EMT6. The positive clones were selected by Blasticidin S HCl, and they were identified with methods of RT-PCR and ELISA.Results EMT6/IL-12 could steadily express IL-12 .Conclusion The stable transfection of IL-12 gene in EMT6/IL-12 cell line lays the foundation for further study of molecular mechanism of IL-12 on anti-tumor and potential application.
