On Guaranteeing Fund-circulation by Intellectual Property from the perspective of Law

Abstract

It is an important way for modern enterprises to solve the fund shortage by guaranteeing fund-circulation of intellectual property (IP). And property right affirmation and capital assessment are the basic premises and procedures of guaranteeing fund-circulation by IP. It is requested, when setting mortgage of IP, not only the basic criterion of mortgage should be abided by, but also the special regulations of right transference with regarding to IP. The force and realization of IP mortgage are mainly reflected by the right and obligation between mortgagers and mortgages.
