Abstract

There exist serious drawbacks for the time-limited sports.Then the life-long goal of physical education has been put forward,which will be a great help to students for cultivating their life-long interests and habits in sports training.It will play a key role in guiding Students' physical abilities and the implementation of life-long sports.
