Abstract

Undoubtedly, doing research work on the issues of China's market competition is very important. During the period of economic transition, in addition to the generic characteristics, Chinese market competition has other characteristics such as unique target, limited competition area, unstable competition order, incomplete competition environment, unclear competition regulation. To sum up, we could say Chinese market competition must aim on economic benefit.
