Abstract
Security Model is a precise description of security policies. It plays an important role in building a security system. The first security model is proposed to describe military security policy. With the rapid developing of information system, several security models are introduced to meet the security requirements of various applications. This paper presents some security models which have been widely applied, and analyses the difference among these models. Finally, the trend of the future security models is predicted.
