On Value Distribution of the Value Chain:Construction of Value Pool

The concept of value pool and its basic structure are brought up firstly in this paper.And then its characteristics and function are discussed.Even though the construction of an industrial value pool is very complicated,but it is worth doing and it's doable.We also give out a framework on six steps of how an industrial value pool is constructed with.This paper analyzes the factors which affect the value distribution of the value pool from such three levels as micro-level,medium level and macro level.
