Acupuncture and therapy efficacy of lumbar disc herniation

Objective: To explore and analyze the clinical effect of the treatment on lumbar disc herniation treated with acupuncture and massage therapy. Methods: The hospital treated 240 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients randomized into the treatment group( 130 cases) and control group( 110 cases); Control group: patients traction,massage and other treatment; treatment groups: control group, based on the rehabilitation of patients with traditional Chinese medicine therapy. Results: The treatment group was 96. 9 percent effectivetreatment( 126 /130),recurrence in 2 cases,accounting for 1. 5% of the control group 77. 3%( 85 /110),recurrence in 12 cases,accounting for 10. 9%; difference was significant,with statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: In clinical practice,patients with lumbar disc herniation on rehabilitation medicine therapy,effectively improve the patient’s symptoms,improve patient outcomes and quality of life. While also reducing the patient’s relapse and reduce the suffering of patients,it was performed in the clinical promotion and application.
