Study on the Development of Bio-pharmaceutical Industry of Guangdong Province

The bio-pharmaceutical industry is one of the nine pillar industries in Guangdong Province,accelerating the construction of bio-pharmaceutical industry can promote the rapid development of economic development of this province. Based on describing in detail the present situation of the development of the bio-pharmaceutical industry in Guangdong Province,This paper further analyzes some problems existing in Guangdong’s bio-pharmaceutical industry in aspects of industry scale,innovation ability,investing and financing mechanism,and high-end talent,etc.,and puts forward some suggestions such as intensifying policy support,improving intellectual property system and resources sharing platform,establishing a multi-channel input mechanism,innovating talent introduction and cultivation mode,and perfecting talent incentive mechanism,etc.
