Abstract
The amounts of rhizpsphere microorganisms were investigated regularly by applying rhizobox culture tests to show the effect of metsulfuron on population ecology of rhizosphere microorganisms. It was found that the amounts of rhizosphere bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes were higher than those in the non-rhizosphere. The superior microorganisms were also preliminarily separated and appraised.
