Abstract
Strains of acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans(At f) were collected and separated from the acid drainage of a coal mine in Anhui province of China, and the influence of different energy source on its acidogenic capacity was studied.Microwave inducement was applied into bacterial cultivation, and, comparing with the original one,the leaching capacity of the induced bacteria was investigated. The study shows that, the induced microorganism can attain better effect than the original one in leaching low grade phosphorus ore.The effects of acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans on acidogenicity and leaching were analyzed by zeta potential measurement.
