Abstract
The relationship between the tobacco farmers cooperatives′unit efficiency and scale efficiency was explored,mainly focused on three aspects of the tobacco farmers cooperatives,which included service content,service radius and the number of service staffs.In order to seek the balance point and the threshold in the tobacco farmers cooperatives,added by making improvement and piloting,relationship between the cooperatives and its scale merit were discussed here with the purpose of providing a more reasonable and rational basic model for the cooperatives.
