Developing Towns: the Choice for Chinese Urbanization and Rural Modernization

Cities, as the major places to conduct economic activities, are important signs of a country's social and economic developments. As proved by economic developments of foreign countries, urbanization is an inevitable process in modernizing the rural areas and developing our country's social economy.
