What Makes Spontaneous Integration of Market Economy and Moral Spirit Impossible

Abstract
The disintegration of market economy and moral spirit is an indisputable fact. The inevitability of such a disintegration is due to the opposition between the economic entity's egoism and altruism of moral spirit. The utilitarianism and exclusiveness of economic man's moral concept tends to result in moral formalism. Such a formalism and fetishism hinder the free development of subject ecnomic man.
