Abstract
In light of the utilization of water resources in Liaoning province and in China,this article discusses the significance of applying water-saving irrigation.The author explores the content,features and advantages of agricultural water-saving irrigation and puts forward measures to strengthen the utilization of water resources and to establish water-saving agriculture so as to provide insight into developing water-saving agriculture.
