Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of herbs partition moxi- bustion for chronic ulcerative colitis.Methods:Sixty-five patients with chronic ul- cerative colitis were treated with herbs(Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata,Cortex Cin- namomi,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Flos Carthami,Radix Aucklandiae,Rhizoma Coptidis)partition moxibustion on the acupoints of Zhongwan,Qihai,Zusanli, Dachangshu,Tianshu,and Shangjuxu.After treatment,the therapeutic effect was e- valuated.Results:Thirty-two patients were clinically cured,14 markedly effective, 13 effective and 6 ineffective,the total effective being 90.8%.Conclusion:Herbs partition moxibustion has a good effect for the treatment of mild and moderate chronic ulcerative colitis.
