Abstract
Objective:To understand the nutritional knowledge of middle school students and for a reasonable nutrition attitudes and behavior in order to guide students on the proper eating behavior,correct the bad eating habits and to improve their nutritional knowledge.Methods:Use the self-designed questionnaire,random samples will be taken for middle school students nutrition knowledge,attitude,dietary behavior survey.Results:93.3 percent of middle school students on the positive attitude of nutrition knowledge,nutrition knowledge test is divided into 50 minutes maximum(full marks),minimum divided into 5 points,average score was 42.06 points;there are more than half of middle school students in choosing their food when it is most concerned about personal tastes and preferences,followed by the prices,the nutritional health and is conducive to health considerations as the first and only 19.1%.Conclusion:The survey prompt score on common-sense knowledge of nutrition was higher,dietary behavior was more reasonable,but have an improper food choice.
