Abstract

Both modern national conditions and the status of the Communist Party of China troop determine its necessity and urgency of the need for values education. CPC conducted it in ways of publications through newspapers and other mass media,and revolutionary songs mainly through schools,Party cadres and other educational institutions. CPC armed the general party member cadres' brains during its practice with own values,united the people around oneself,finally has gained the victory of new-democratic revolution.
