Study on three-point minimally invasive surgery for double eyelid and upper eyelid sagging

Objective Explore three-point minimally invasive surgery for double eyelid and upper eyelid sagging application and clinical effects.Methods Adopt 3mm small incision in the double eyelid line inside,middle and outside respectively.Remove the orbicularis muscle below the incision.For the upper eyelid bloated,remove part of fat and then suture.For the upper eyelid sagging elderly,remove excess skin of the double eyelid line and then resect orbicularis muscle on eye inside,middle and outside the three-point discontinuous parts.Results 30 patients' incisions were healing in the first stage,gradually swelling in 2 weeks.Within 3 to12 months visiting,the shapes of double eyelids were nature and no complications.Conclusion Three-point minimally invasive surgery for double eyelid and upper eyelid sagging has no obvious scar,gains natural double eyelid shapes and accesses to stable and lasting effects.
