Clinical efficacy compared between total gastrectomy jejunal three-cavity generation of gastric surgery and esophageal jejunum Roux-Y anastomosis

Objective To analyse clinical efficacy comparatively underwent total gastrectomy jejunal digestive tract reconstruction surgery three cavities on behalf of the stomach and esophagus jejunum Roux-Y anastomosis.Methods 108 cases of total gastrectomy patient data from 1999 to 2009 in our hospital were reviewed,digestive tract reconstruction on behalf of sub-three-chamber stomach and jejunum surgery group(65 cases)and Roux-Y jejunal esophageal anastomosis group(43 cases).The incidence of postoperative complications,hospital stay,gastric emptying time,nutritional status of two groups were compared.Results Jejunum with a three-cavity generation of anti-reflux surgery stomach,simulated stomach storage,promote absorption,etc.,long-term follow-up of patients significantly improved quality of life.Conclusion Jejunum three-cavity generation of gastric surgery is more similar to human physiological structure,fewer complications,and it is worthy of clinical application.
