Abstract
Making tea at different water temperatures, leaching rates of trace elements of copper, iron, calcium and lead in three kinds of green tea planted in Guizhou were discussed in this paper with atomic absorption spectroscopy(AAS).The results showed that at different temperatures, dissolution rate of an element in certain kind of tea was variable, even for the same element in different kinds. And when human needs of trace elements were taken into consideration, the most appropriate temperatures were between 70℃~80℃.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
