Abstract
The labor disputes arbitration system is the procedure before handling the labor disputes. This mechanism benefits the quick solution of dispute, alleviating the court supports, but the abuse of the system affects its circulation. This text analyzed the present lawmaking condition and the blemish of the labor disputes arbitration system. At the same time, it put forward the perfect plan,for example, setting up the independent organization of labor disputes arbitration,establishing and perfect the limited efficacy system with arbitration, promoting the arbitration to link up with litigation reasonably.
