Abstract

Three heights of the elite women high jumpers between China and other countries have been compared.The result shows that H 2 is superior to that of the world top high jumpers,but H 1 and H 3 obviously have disparity.This is the main technical factors of influencing the sports performance for women high jumpers in China. In order to improve and perfect the pole technology,it is considered by an analysis that the way to narrow this disparity is to raise the leg and arm swing range and take off legs streightness.
