The Improvement on the System of Technological Identification of Medical Malpractice in China

Technological Identification of Medical Malpractice is not only the premise of deciding whether it can constitute medical malpractice,but also the basis for health administrative departments to mediate medical malpractice disputes and courts to ascertain cases.However,its impartiality and reasonability are often questioned in China due to many deficiencies of the current system,such as the lack of supervision of technical appraisal,the lack of neutrality of appraisal subject,the lack of reasonability of initialization mode,and the lack of feasibility of challenge system.Therefore,in order to perfect the system of Technological Identification of Medical Malpractice in China and safeguard its impartiality and reasonability,the supervision of identification and the neutrality of appraisal subject should be strengthened and,the challenge system and the initialization mode of evaluation program should be perfected.
