Economic Growth Factors Research of Hunan Province

This paper built a function of economic growth,and we conducted a theoretical analysis on the basis of this function.Then We started empirical analysis,based on Cobb- Douglas production function,taking the science and technology,human capital,urban structure,industrial structure and openness into the economic model,using 1992 to 2012 time-series data.Conclusions are:the economic growth of Hunan Province benefits from fixed capital,human capital investment and urbanization,which contribute to economic growth in fixed capital investment in the greatest;Hunan Province can promote economic growth better by continuing to promote the urbanization process;Openness and economic growth was a strong positive correlation;In addition,further propose appropriate policy recommendations are put forward in order to ensure sustained economic growth in Hunan Province.
